Sometimes it’s faster; sometimes it’s longer depending on my current volume of orders. If you need your order fast, please include the expedite add-on with your purchase. It’s the only way I track a need-by request. I do not otherwise accommodate need-by dates. It’s impossible for me to keep track of everybody’s schedule. If the expedite listing is not available, my workload is too high and I'm only accepting standard production orders.

Shipping: All my signs are packed with the utmost in care using top quality packaging materials so that your shipment arrives at its destination in tip-top condition. A lot of time and heart goes into making each sign so every order ships with insurance and delivery confirmation so we can all rest easily once your sign leaves my hands and becomes the responsibility of USPS or FedEx. International orders ship USPS Priority International and usually arrive in about 7 days, but indefinite Customs holds for your country could occur in rare cases.
I send shipping confirmation with tracking for each order so you’ll know when it’s on its way to you.
Any packages returned to me as a result of an incorrect provided shipping address or non-deliverability will be reshipped at your cost.
USPS or FedEx failures are not my fault and are in no way a reflection of my product or customer service.
Refunds and Exchanges: My goal is to earn your repeat business and referrals. If there is ever an issue with your order, I’ll work with you until everyone is happy. If your sign arrives with damage, I’ll ship a replacement and we’ll work with USPS or Fedex to file the insurance claim. If there is ever a mistake on my behalf, I’ll ship a new sign promptly. There are no refunds on orders.

Q) What is the metal etch finish on your metal signs?
A) Most of my signs are treated with a metal etch which is a solution of salts and acids that react with the surface of the steel to create different colors and effects. They’re way cooler than flat paint and create the rustic appearance that my work is known for. To protect the patina and bring out the steel’s luster, I finish with a clear powder coat. Q) Don’t you think your shop mascot should be a grizzly bear?
A) Shhhhh…you wouldn’t want my pit-mix girl to hear you asking that!

Q) Are the metal signs durable?
A) Yes! They’re made from thick, 14 gauge steel and most are then powder coated.
Q) How much will my metal sign weigh?
A) It will vary depending on how much material I plasma cut from the metal according to your design, but a good rule of thumb is about 3 pounds per square foot.
Q) Do you do custom personalizations and orders?
A) Absolutely! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. I will need a picture or file of what you have in mind as well as the size you would like in order to get you a quote.
Q) How do I hang/display my new metal sign?
A) Most of my metal signs come with holes for easy placement on your wall with nails or screws. Some of my signs are designed to be hung using finish nails inside a couple of the letter cutouts.
